As part of the second release in 2009, Individuals, Families and Corporations will again be invited to join The Els Club's Membership Program.

The primary member can activate additional family members with the dues set out in the revised pricing schedule set to be released early in 2009.

The Listed Membership Price will also be confirmed early in 2009.

Minimum of 2 designated individuals that are always active.

The Company can activate up to 2 Wildcards.

Please be advised that all Members of The Els Club will be entitled to a 20% reduction on their Annual Fees up until the end of 2009 (prior to the Permanent Clubhouse Opening).
The maximum number of memberships at any one time will not exceed 250.
In any combination, there are never more than 4 active members.

If an existing member decides to resign his or her membership, he or she must deliver to The Els Club a letter informing the management of their desire.
The transfer will be brokered through The Els Club with the resigning member receiving 80% of the applicable Listed Membership Price at the time of transfer.
Memberships can only be re-sold by The Els Club once the maximum number of memberships in each tranche, as determined by the Club, have been purchased.
The resigning member will receive such amount when the Club has resold the existing membership to a new member from the Waitlist.
