Thomas Rubi has over 20 years experience in the luxury hospitality and golf resort industry. Rubi has specialized in operations and development at several of the world's leading resort facilities in Europe, North America and Africa for Troon Golf, Joie de Vivre Hospitality, Serena Hotels and Small Luxury Hotels of the World. His most recent role as Resort General Manager witnessed the opening of the highly acclaimed Monte Rei Resort, Portugal.

Brian Hampson
Course Superintendent
Brian Hampson received his agronomy and turf sciences degrees from Rutgers University. He served tenures at prestigious private clubs in America such as Paradise Valley Country Club and Forest Hills Country Club before joining Troon Golf in 2001 at the internationally acclaimed Troon North Golf Course. Most recently he served at the top-ranked Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale. He joined The Els Club during construction in July 2007.

Chris Brown
Director of Golf
Chris Brown is a PGA member and veteran in the golf industry with nearly a decade at the world renowned Turnberry Resort in Scotland host to the 2009 Open Championships. In addition, Chris has served as an editorial advisor for golf instruction to Today’s Golfer and PGA magazines for the last few years, and was nominated as one of Europe’s Top 25 Golf Instructors in 2007.

Darren King
Sales and Marketing Manager
Darren King’s Sales and Marketing experience runs throughout leading professional sports in Australia. King’s most recent position as Commercial Sales Manager, was with the nation’s premier Rugby League Team, the Brisbane Broncos, winner of 6 premiership titles. King also held senior roles at the top ranked Greg Norman designed, Brookwater Golf Club operated by Troon Golf as well as at The Australian Football League’s head office.
